What this is. Elixis Technology LLC offers text messaging on our support number, (702) 625-3550, so clients and their employees can report IT problems and get replies and updates about their support requests. We don’t send marketing texts.

How you opt in. You opt in by texting our support number. We only text people who have texted us first. Texting is never required to get support. You can always call or email instead.

What we send. Replies and updates about the support requests you start: confirmations, questions, status updates and resolution notices. Message frequency varies with your requests.

When we answer. Texts aren’t monitored around the clock. For urgent issues, call (702) 625-3550.

Costs. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
