Q: Who does the tech support?
A: Our team does! The Elixis Technology team is entirely located within Las Vegas, and has been in business for 14 years now. While we don’t have a physical office, we are able to visit in person for certain repairs or maintenance, and we’re available remotely during business hours for everything else.

A: Elixis Technology can help you work out a plan to catch your business’s hardware up to the present! We manage wholesale ordering to ensure you get the correct OS license.
We also partner with the Blind Center local to Las Vegas to recycle old technology once it’s been wiped, limiting electronic waste while ensuring you have the technology you need!
Another benefit of partnering with us is ‘autopilot launch’, where a computer can be ordered to your business address and set up as soon as it’s powered on without needing you (the business owner) to babysit it through updates!
Q: What should I do to prevent ransomware?
A: We have many solutions for ransomware – a robust antivirus is built into our service package, and with tech management solutions like AutoElevate, the odds of some virus successfully downloading to your devices without you knowing are decimated. Even better, we manage backups – so in the worst case scenario, it’s possible to wipe your devices completely and start again like it (almost) didn’t happen at all.
